Updating your payment information in Slack
Follow these steps to update your payment information in case of a failed payment or expiring credit card
- From the web dashboard, click on your Account drop-down and select Billing
- Locate your current card information, and click on Change to swap out your credit card
- Add your new card and click Submit.
✏️ Note: You'll only see the Account drop-down if you are the Billing admin for the subscription (usually the person who signed up in the first place). In case the billing admin is no longer available to make the change, please contact us to help update the payment information.
