What is a Polly Group

To create a Polly Group

  2. Navigate to the "Apps" tab in the top navigation
  3. Select "Polly"
  4. Open the menu on the left-hand side
  5. Select "+ Add polly group" under the "Polly Group" drop-down to create your first group.
  6. Name your group and press "Create Group"
  7. Click "+ Add a Polly" on the right-hand side of the window
  8. Add as many pollys as you like to that group.

To add a pre-drafted pollys from your Polly Groups to your meeting:

  1. Join your meeting
  2. Select the "Apps" tab at the bottom of the meeting window
  3. Click on "Polly"
  4. Click the "Groups" button to the side of the main create button to add any existing Polly Group to your meeting.
  5. Once you click inside the Polly Group you'd like to add, select all the pollys you'd like to add to the queue and publish as needed.
