Subscription FAQs

How do I purchase a subscription?

If your trial has ended, you will receive notifications from Polly close to when your trial will expire to upgrade to continue using Polly’s premium functionality.

 

You can also subscribe to a plan at any time (whether you are currently on a trial or not) by navigating to your account drop-down in the Polly tab, and hitting the Subscribe button. 

When you hit Subscribe, you will be prompted to select the plan you wish to purchase. 

Basic Surveys will grant your entire Microsoft Teams tenant access to multi-question surveys, whereas Pulse Surveys will grant only the subscription owner access to pulse surveys, and they would pay for any active participants in their pulse surveys. 

 

Do you have monthly/annual options?

For the Basic Surveys plan, we do! Once you select that plan, you can choose from either monthly or annual billing in the checkout page. 

For Pulse Surveys, we currently only offer month-to-month billing since it is based on active usage per month. If you’d like to purchase Pulse Surveys on an annual basis, we do offer that to larger teams or entire organizations, and we’ll do quarterly true-ups to reflect actual usage. Get in touch with us if you’d like to purchase an annual subscription of Pulse Surveys. 

 

I need to purchase a Pulse Survey subscription on behalf of someone else. How do I do this?

This is not yet supported in the application, but we’re more than happy to assign a subscription to another user if you wish to remain the billing owner. Just get in touch with us by emailing us at contact@polly.ai or contacting us via Intercom chat and we’ll get you all set up. 

 

I need to purchase multiple Pulse Survey subscriptions. How do I do this?

This is not yet supported in the application, but we’re more than happy to assign multiple subscriptions to users within your Microsoft Teams tenant. Just get in touch with us by emailing us at contact@polly.ai or contacting us via Intercom chat and we’ll get you all set up. 

 

Do you offer discounts to NPO / EDUs?

Yes, we offer 75% off for all plans to eligible non-profit organizations or educational institutions.

 

Eligible Educational institutions:

  • Nonprofit educational institutions
  • Accredited primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions
  • Student groups from any of the above

Eligible non-profits institutions must hold a valid charitable status with either the IRS (in the United States), a local tax service/charity commission, or a local TechSoup Global partner.

 

If you believe you qualify, please fill out this form and we will notify you when you have been approved (you can start a free trial to get full access while you wait). Since we don’t have coupons at check-out, we will automatically apply the coupon to your subscription once you check out. 

 

Do you offer bulk discounts for Pulse Survey participants? 

Yes, we offer bulk discounts for participants beyond 250 participants. If you need more than 250 participants on a recurring basis, please get in touch with us by emailing us at contact@polly.ai or contacting us via Intercom chat for a bulk discount. 

 

How do I transfer my subscription to someone else?

Currently, this is not supported in the application. If you wish to transfer your subscription to someone else, please get in touch with us by emailing us at contact@polly.ai or contacting us via Intercom chat. To streamline the process, please give us the email address of the person you wish to transfer the subscription to.
